AIIFTSM- Future’s perspective is to envisage a national programme with yearly manpower or human resources output that can change the national employment scenario by the year-2020.

The planning and implementing of the development of Study Centres is through the national network of Technical and Paramedical Education Council, New Delhi, India. We are spread all over India having Infrastructure Facilities and Strong Organizational Setup for Implementation. Each ATC will function as a Regional Centre which undertakes even research and development of training programme.

The courses and curriculum is designed at the national level and governed by AIIFTSM as per Ministry of Human Resource Development and it is imparted through ATC. The Central Examination Board will conduct the national level examination.

The Course curriculum are based on need analysis taking in consideration the employment opportunities in the locality. At present, the trainees of AIIFTSM –ATC are given certificate of successful completion by individual AIIFTSM-ATC based on tests and examination conducted by AIIFTSM-ATC internally and by the assessment of practical for work skills by the Industrial Partners.
