In the new knowledge economy the skill sets will include professional, managerial, operational, and behavioural, inter personal and inter functional skill. To achieve these goals, India needs flexible education and training system that will provide the foundation for learning, secondary and tertiary education and to develop required competencies as means of achieving lifelong learning.

Under Human Rights Protection Act, 1993 autonomous bodies have been given special protection & consideration. The Autonomous Institutes run under the guidelines of national education policy 1986 Govt of India and Program of action 1992 Govt of India. This also imparts education to down trodden and backwards at concessional fee. Organization also fulfils the aims of vocational and Educational right Indian constitution 1950 under Article 14, 15, 19(1), 21, 26, 29,30,45,46 & 351.

All India Institute Of Fire Technology & Safety Management was legally established under the guidance of jurist, eminent educationists and social workers for the development of education in wide areas. Development of regular and vocation education on the pattern of regular and open continuing & Education System and registration, we are legal right of educating & providing training under the provision of constitution. Education holds the key to economic growth, social transformation, modernization and national integration. It says stress on the need for a radical transformation of the education system to improve its quality at all stages and gives much greater attention to science and technology. The area of operation of the Council is wide and extensive all over India. Information centers of examination are situated in almost all-major cities of India where annual examinations are organized every year.

It has been constituted to regulate non formal education and other vocational, technical, skill training Fire Technology & Safety Management and Paramedical courses (Under Self Employment Education Scheme) in India. With the help of educational experts to educate, uneducated or unemployed boys, girls, men and women to up liftment their literacy in India and thus we provide Job Employment to all for fulfil their social needs through prospective precious earning. So that, they can serve society effectively, with dignity. Council may impart education with international and latest techniques and with stress on morally, mentally, physically and socially personality. All the education programme run by the Council is Council’s own autonomous education programmes. Legality, Validity, Utility of the education programme is strict conformity with the constitution of India and law of the land under Article 19(1) G, 29 & 30.

The Skilled Based course taught here is very advanced. Lab sessions and practical contributes a lot in academic progress. Educational system is very good. It helps to improve personality as well as over all aspects towards life. The staff is cooperative and teachers always help to the students. There is International Placement Cell facility at Council and institutional level.

The right to establish and administer broadly comprises of the following rights:-

a. to admit student .
b. to set up a reasonable fee structure;
c. to constitute a governing body;
d. to appoint staff (teaching and non-teaching); and
e. to take action if there is dereliction of duty on the part of any employees.

Higher education is, undoubtedly, an obligation of the State but State aid is not to be confused with State control over academic policies and practices. Intellectual progress demands the maintenance of the spirit of free inquiry.
